Aspida

Location of the apartment and parking

Aspida is located inside Kotor’s pedestrian Old Town. The main bus station is approximately 500 metres away. Private parking is not available because vehicles are not permitted inside the city walls; public parking can be found outside the Old Town, subject to availability.

The space

Aspida extends across the first floor, second floor and attic, providing plenty of space for families and groups of friends. Its sea-inspired interior features handcrafted details, original artwork and preserved elements of Kotor’s historic stone architecture.

The home includes a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the atmospheric streets of the Old Town.

Living room

The inviting living room includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV with international channels and original wall artwork created by local artists.

Kitchen and dining area

The kitchen is equipped for both short and extended stays, with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerators and freezer space. A dining table and additional bar seating provide room for guests to enjoy meals together.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed
Bedroom 2: one king-size bed
Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed

Two bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the third bedroom is situated in the attic. The larger second-floor bedroom has direct access to the balcony.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, washing machine and dryer. A separate drying rack is also available on the balcony.

Private balcony

The private balcony is furnished with a table and chairs and offers views over the streets and rooftops of Kotor Old Town, including St. Tryphon Cathedral.
