This apartment is built for two people who want to be close to everything without giving up quiet, comfortable evenings together. Lana sits right inside the walls of one of the most picturesque little squares of the Old Town. It is the kind of base that makes the rest of your trip easier. Everything is close enough to reach on foot, and the apartment itself is calm enough actually to unwind in – at the end of the day.

The Space

Lana is a proper studio apartment in Kotor. One open room built around comfort rather than square footage. The kitchen is small but complete. A two-burner stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and coffee maker. Enough to cook a real meal of just make breakfast before heading out.

A small dining table gives you somewhere to actually sit down and eat. The bathroom has a modern shower, with toiletries and a hair dryer provided. Additionally, a shared hallway with a washing machine and complimentary detergent is there if you are staying more than a couple of nights.

If you are traveling with a baby, we can also provide a cot and a high chair – just let us know ahead of time.

Location of the Apartment

You are a few steps away from the Cathedral of St. Tryphon, and just next to an old Austro-Hungarian prison – now a creative hub. 2-3 minute walk, and you will find yourselves at any of the three main exit/entrance points to the city. The Main Gate, Grudić Gate, and the River Gate.

Restaurants, City walls entrance, and other landmarks are all within steps’ reach. Shopping Mall Kamelija and the nearest supermarket are a 5-7 minute walk away. The nearest public beach in Kotor is 10 minutes away.
Kotor Cable Car up to Lovćen mountain is about twenty minutes away, with multiple daily shuttle departures from the bus station.

Things to Know Before Booking Your Kotor Old Town Accommodation

Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with check-out before 11:00 AM. Self-check-in is standard, and a lock box lets you arrive based on your schedule. Though we are happy to meet you in person, a meet-and-greet after 10:00 PM carries a small extra charge.

Smoking is not permitted inside, and a cleaning penalty applies if it happens. The balcony/terrace out front is just fine.
Quiet hours run from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.

Kotor’s sewage system is genuinely delicate, so please do not flush wet wipes, nappies, or tampons.

Stays longer than a month require a weekly cleaning service.
