Whether you spend your mornings having coffee overlooking the bay or your days exploring Perast and the surrounding coast, this is a place made for slowing down and enjoying the setting.

The Space

The studio is located on the first floor and has its own private entrance, offering a comfortable degree of privacy during your stay.

Inside, you’ll find a king-size bed, a sofa, air conditioning, strong Wi-Fi, and a dining area. The atmosphere combines the character of the historic stone house with the conveniences you need for a comfortable stay.

The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine, cookware, cutlery, dishes and other essentials for preparing simple meals. Complimentary coffee capsules are provided.

The kitchen also includes a washing machine, with detergent capsules available for guests. A dehumidifier helps keep the space comfortable, particularly during wetter weather.

Please note that non-residential cars are not permitted inside Perast. Free and paid parking areas are available just outside the town, making it necessary to leave your car nearby and continue on foot.

Perast is also an excellent base for exploring the wider Bay of Kotor, with opportunities to discover nearby coastal towns, historic sites, restaurants and other attractions.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the porch or terraces.
The double-glazed windows help reduce outside noise. If you are a light sleeper, the exterior shutters can provide additional sound reduction.
Please do not flush wet wipes, nappies or tampons, as the sewage system in Perast Old Town is delicate.
Quiet hours apply after 11 PM.
