With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious terrace, private bathing area and a swimming pool in the garden, this home is designed for relaxed days by the sea. You can spend your time swimming, sunbathing, dining outdoors or simply enjoying the views without needing to drive anywhere.

The Space

The house has been renovated to provide a comfortable base for a seaside holiday while keeping the focus firmly on its exceptional location.

There are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The house also includes two bathrooms, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and fridge with ice box.

Outside, the property offers a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and a private bathing area by the sea. The spacious terrace in front of the house includes an outdoor dining table, making it an ideal spot for breakfast or an al fresco meal overlooking the bay.

Location of This Accommodation

The house is located directly on the seaside in Stoliv, with the water just a few steps from the property.

The private bathing area, or ponta, is equipped with deck chairs for guests, while the garden behind the house provides access to the swimming pool.

If you arrive by car, free parking is available in front of the church next door. The house and garden have a private entrance, and the walkway and entry are well lit.

For an easy arrival, we will meet you at an agreed location and show you to the house.

Check-out: before 10 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Greet & Meet after 10 PM carries an additional €15 fee.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or terraces.
Please do not flush wet wipes, nappies or tampons, as the sewage system in Montenegro cannot handle these items.
